High Bay Lab - Engineering, Technology and Aviation building

The High Bay Lab is used for concrete finishing off work, and for preparation work that does not need to occur in the double-space laboratory area. The space has a 'strong' floor. Fork lift and pallet stacker can be used in the space. The combined Hi-Spec Flex Lab spaces can also be used for events for up to 100 people comfortably (based on air-conditioning capacity). The space has a flat floor, multiple entry points (including large roller doors along one end plus a truck door entry with 3 Phase Power that is generally used for cement trucks but could be used for catering or media vehicles).
